Building a house starts from planning. We offer our clients professional help for finding the most optimal and pleasing solution. It is possible to create individual projects by request of the client. Our standard models can be taken as the basis or they could be changed according to the client’s needs and interests. By providing this service we try to be as flexible as possible and do co-operation with the client.

Designing the home together is useful for both the customer and the builder because the whole solution from an idea to its realisation is carried out by the same enterprise. This service includes also preparing the whole project documentation for different agencies (i.e. construction permit, certificate of occupancy) as well as composing technical drawings used in building works.
